These terms govern your use of heftlogistics.com, operated by Heft Logistics Inc. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

Driver applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment or contractor relationship. Delivery drivers who are engaged by Heft Logistics operate as independent contractors under a separate written agreement. Applicants must meet all stated requirements, including minimum age, valid licensing, and proof of insurance.

SMS messaging terms

By opting in to SMS on our application form, you agree to receive text messages from Heft Logistics Inc. related to your application, onboarding, and delivery operations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of engagement.

Accuracy of information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in rejection of an application or termination of any subsequent engagement.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heft Logistics Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use of this site.
